16 posts mapped out for you each month that include the topic, the type of post, bullet points on what the visual should look like or prompts for talk-to-the-camera reels, and an outline for the caption so that when you sit down to create, the hard part is already done for you.

Here’s how it works:

  • The process starts with me getting to know all about you and your business. You’ll fill out a questionnaire and then I’ll get to work doing an audit and competitor analysis. I’ll use the audit and the questionnaire to create a custom strategy that will help you work towards your goals whether it’s building relationships with your audience, getting more eyes on your business, or getting more traffic to your website.

  • We’ll meet for a 60-minute call to review the strategy and talk about content ideas for our first month working together. This is a great place to talk through your questions, chat through ideas you’ve had but weren’t sure how to execute, or anything else you’ve been stuck on with your content.

  • This is where you get to sit back and enjoy a cup of coffee while I get to work! Within 3 business days of our call, I’ll send you a content plan for 16 posts in a Google Doc, Google Sheets or Notion (your choice! I’ll include the question in the initial questionnaire so you can let me know what you prefer). And then the process repeats each month: we’ll have a call and then I’ll map out your content plan for the next 4 weeks.

Your Questions, Answered

  • You’re getting a content plan built for you each month that’s based on your custom social media strategy. Three business days after each call, you’ll receive either a Google Sheet or Google Doc with outlines for 16 posts so that you can post 4 times per week for 4 weeks each month. 

    You’re also getting a structure to help you build the habit of posting to Instagram regularly plus access to a social media strategist who can answer your questions any time they come up. I’ll be building your strategy to help you get to your goals, so when questions like “what reel can I create without having to talk to the camera or lip sync?” or “how do I find trending audio for this?” come up, I’ll be answering with your specific strategy in mind. 

    Plus, you’re getting time on your calendar each week to get your content done with the coworking calls within Content & Community. We meet every Friday and members have said they feel a sense of accountability knowing they’ll be meeting with others to get their content done.

  • Instagram outlines include: content idea, content pillar it falls under, visual ideas like text for carousels, text on the screen for reels or prompt for talk-to-the-camera reels, caption idea in bullet points
