step 1: instagram audit and strategy
Once the invoice and contract are complete, you’ll get a questionnaire so I can get to know more about you and your goals. With that information, I’ll build a custom social media strategy to give us a clear roadmap forward to work towards those goals.
Step 2: 60 minute call to review
We’ll meet for a 60-minute call to review the strategy and talk about content ideas for our first month working together. This is a great place to talk through your questions, chat through ideas you’ve had but weren’t sure how to execute, or anything else you’ve been stuck on with your Instagram account.
Step 3: Content plan delivery
This is where you get to sit back and enjoy a cup of coffee while I get to work! Within 3 business days of our call, I’ll send you a content plan in either a Google Doc or Google Sheets (your choice! I’ll include the question in the initial questionnaire so you can let me know what you prefer). The content plan will have a content idea, visual ideas like text for carousels or text on the screen for reels, caption bullet points and hashtags.
rinse and repeat
Each month of the retainer we’ll meet for a 30-minute call to discuss your content ideas and goals for the upcoming month, then within 3 business days I’ll deliver a content plan for the upcoming month’s content.
In total, you’ll get a social media strategy, 6 calls (one initial strategy call and 5 monthly check-in calls) and 6 content plans with a month of content in each.

Initially, there is a questionnaire for you to fill out (so that I can create your strategy) that will take up to 30 minutes for you to complete. Then, our first call is one hour because we will be reviewing your strategy and having our first chat about content for the upcoming month. Each month after that, the content chats will be 30 minutes each.
Beyond that, I’m not really able to tell you how long it will take to create content using the content plans because it will vary from person to person, but I do believe it will be much shorter than normal because you will already have the ideas in place before you start to create.
